unique celebrant-led weddings in Italy
We work with you to create a bespoke wedding ceremony reflecting you as individuals and as a couple

As celebrants, our prime aim is to make your wedding ceremony unique, intimate and memorable.

We have the skills, sensitivity and knowledge to blend together elements that are important to both of you—different languages, cultures, traditions and rituals — so that your wedding ceremony truly represents your backgrounds and histories.

Though we recommend getting married legally back home to avoid unnecessary red tape, we can also incorporate the Italian legal marriage, into your bespoke ceremony if your venue ticks all the boxes.

Our considerable experience means we can guide you through the process of creating your ceremony every step of the way and guarantee that everything goes according to plan on the day.

We work for you and with you to create and officiate a ceremony that is uniquely yours

After an initial no-strings-attached meeting with you to find out if we are a good fit, we will continue to meet with you either in person or online in order to gather as much information about you and your relationship as we need to craft, draft and continue to tweak your ceremony until every detail is just as you want it.

We will advise you extensively on readings, musical choices, symbolic moments and rituals, help you write your personal vows, and draft your Love Story.

Before the big day, we will liaise with other professionals such as your wedding planner, photographer, videographer and DJ or musicians and prepare cue sheets for them based on the final script that you have approved.

If requested, we will also prepare a bespoke certificate and a ceremony booklet.

On your wedding day, we will be at the venue well in advance, checking that everything is as it should be. As you walk down the aisle, we will be at the focus, ready to welcome and support you with a huge smile of encouragement.

You can leave everything in our capable hands and be carried away by the emotional force of the ceremony we have created together.

A professional celebrant taking care of every detail of the ceremony means you can relax and concentrate on what is important: having an unforgettable ceremony, looking into one another’s eyes, saying your vows, and enjoying the support of your family and friends.

We cannot thank you enough for making our wedding so beautiful! Thank you for your guidance and support in making our ceremony so individual to us and making us feel so special. It is more than we could have ever wished for and we’re so glad we found you to do it.”

Your bespoke celebrant-led wedding: wherever and however you want it

The great thing about a celebrant-led wedding is that you can hold it wherever you want – in a wood, on the beach, in the mountains, in a historic villa, a rustic farm or a vineyard – and you can do whatever you want.

There are no obligatory formulas to pronounce and no bureaucratic hurdles to jump through. There are no rules about what you can and cannot do, or even about what you should or should not do. Every word and every action in your ceremony is yours and has been decided by you.

You can include whoever you want, inviting your family and guests to participate actively by doing a reading or taking part in a symbolic moment or rite.

You can remember someone who has died or is unable to be at the ceremony.

Your celebrant will be your guide and will advise you on how best to work these elements into the final script of your ceremony.

In short, you have absolute freedom to make your wedding absolutely yours.

“Our favourite part of our whole day was the ceremony, and that is down to you, the work you did and how you put it across to our guests. Everyone told us it was the most romantic wedding they had ever been to! And we made many of our guests cry too, which is always a winner!”

Celebrant-led weddings make no distinctions when it comes to love

The key to our work is inclusivity, recognising love in all its forms, and sharing and spreading happiness no matter how you identify. Love is love. We are happy to work with anyone, regardless of race, religion, ethnicity, or gender diversity.

We know how important it is to be seen and heard, validated and celebrated!

Micro-weddings, elopements, blessings and vow renewals

Some of you may be looking for a celebrant because you have decided to come to Italy and you want them to help you organise and officiate an elopement – just the two of you and a photographer in a spectacular spot somewhere. There are certainly plenty of those in Italy!

Or alternatively, you may want a celebrant to help you with a micro-wedding with your closest family and friends, or to officiate a blessing or vow renewal if you were married at home some time ago and want to celebrate an important anniversary or transformation in your lives.

These types of ceremonies have become very popular recently: with very few or no guests to worry about you can do exactly what you want

Another advantage is that with a significantly lower budget, you can splash out on the photography and videography, stay in an upmarket hotel, and have a great trip around Italy while you’re at it. A wedding and a honeymoon or holiday rolled into one.
