celebrant

Renata Crea
I was born in Rome, where I live. I have a degree in theatre history, and I am an author and scriptwriter. I have held management positions in cultural and scientific-humanistic research institutions for over twenty years, deepening my cultural, organisational, event management, and linguistic skills.
As a in theatre historian, I have such a broad knowledge of literature that I am able to draw on a rich reservoir of words and quotations.
As an author and scriptwriter I invent the stories, the feelings, the emotions of the characters who, it seems incredible, choose me.
As a celebrant I give back the stories, the feelings, the emotions of the people who choose me.
Each ceremony is unique, as unique is the story it celebrates.
Each ceremony tells the story of a love or a life, that of a couple or a newcomer in the family, accompanies the farewell to someone, tells the emotion of those who renew their promises of love.
Every ceremony is customised for those who commission me.
In each ceremony I weave words, music, smiles, silences, memories, dedications and create the right atmosphere: cheerful, solemn, respectful, fun, romantic, emotional...
To be attentive to others, to have consideration for others: of me I can say that I am deeply empathetic; that I have a strong capacity to listen; that I cultivate great curiosity for people's lives and affairs; that I believe in human beings and humanity, in inclusion, in sharing.
